Royal Bengal Tiger

We had our first sighting of the big cat on the afternoon of the first day. There was a bunch of cars on the side of the trail when we drove up. Someone mentioned that they had sighted a Tiger on the other side.

The trackers in the park, know all the game trials and can predict movement of these predators accurately. After a few minutes it appeared from behind the trees. Whatever concerns I had about it getting spooked by the presence of what was at least 15 vehicles was laid to rest when it crossed the road nonchalantly.

This one appears to have a tracking collar for monitoring territory.
