All the stray dogs I came across while walking the streets of Lhasa were either Shi Tzu or Lhasa Apsos. This particular one was lying outside a small restaurant oblivious to the hustle of people around it. As I bent down to pet it, and it hardly moved and I noticed that it had a bad cataract in one eye.
